همیار چیست
همیار یک راهنمای رایگان به زبان فارسی است برای کسانی که تازه به بریتانیا آمدهاند.
اینجا قدمبهقدم توضیح میدهیم چطور به پزشک دسترسی پیدا کنید، چه خدماتی رایگان است، چه حقوقی دارید، و در هر موقعیت کجا باید بروید. هر راهنما یک سؤال عملی را جواب میدهد، به زبان ساده، و با یک ویدیوی کوتاه همراه است تا اگر خواندن برایتان سخت است باز هم بتوانید استفاده کنید.
استفاده از همیار رایگان است. لازم نیست حساب کاربری بسازید، نام خود را بگویید، یا درباره وضعیت اقامتتان چیزی بنویسید.
چه کسی همیار را میسازد
همیار توسط Mehr Health CIC ساخته و منتشر میشود، یک «شرکت با منافع اجتماعی» (Community Interest Company) ثبتشده در انگلستان با شماره ۱۷۱۳۹۴۷۵.
سازمان Mehr Health اطلاعات سلامت را به زبان فارسی و دری برای جامعههای ایرانی، افغان و تاجیک در بریتانیا تولید میکند. Mehr Health دارای گواهی PIF TICK است، نشان کیفیت اطلاعات سلامت در بریتانیا که توسط Patient Information Forum داده میشود.
مطالب چطور نوشته میشود
هر راهنما از منابع اصلی نوشته میشود، نه از ترجمه بروشورهای دیگر:
منابع ما NHS England، nhs.uk و GOV.UK هستند و در پایین هر راهنما فهرست میشوند
هر راهنما تاریخ آخرین بازبینی دارد
هزینهها و شرایطی که هر سال تغییر میکنند، با یادآوری اینکه رقم روز را از nhs.uk بررسی کنید نوشته میشوند
آنچه درباره حقوق شما میگوییم مخصوص همان موضوع است. مثلاً «برای ثبتنام در مطب پزشک عمومی به مدرک اقامت نیاز ندارید» درست است، ولی این را به عنوان یک قانون کلی برای مسکن یا دندانپزشکی نمیگوییم، چون آنجا درست نیست
همیار چه چیزی نیست
همیار یک سایت رسمی NHS یا دولت بریتانیا نیست. ما اطلاعات را توضیح میدهیم، ولی خودمان خدمات درمانی ارائه نمیدهیم.
همیار جای پزشک را نمیگیرد. اگر نگران سلامتی خود هستید با مطب پزشک عمومی یا ۱۱۱ تماس بگیرید. در وضعیت اورژانسی با ۹۹۹ تماس بگیرید.

About Hamyar
What Hamyar is
Hamyar is a free, plain-language guide in Persian for people who have recently arrived in the UK.
It explains, step by step, how to see a doctor, what is free, what you are entitled to, and where to go in each situation. Each guide answers one practical question and is paired with a short video, so the guides work for people with limited literacy as well as for confident readers.
Hamyar is free to use. Nobody has to create an account, give a name, or say anything about their immigration status to read it.
Who makes it
Hamyar is written and published by Mehr Health CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England, Company No. 17139475.
Mehr Health produces health information in Farsi and Dari for Iranian, Afghan and Tajik communities in the UK. Mehr Health is PIF TICK certified, the UK quality mark for health information awarded by the Patient Information Forum.
How the guides are made
Each guide is written from primary sources, not from translations of existing leaflets:
Sources are NHS England, nhs.uk and GOV.UK, listed in full at the foot of every guide
Every guide carries a last reviewed date
Charges and eligibility rules that change each April tell the reader to check the current figure on nhs.uk rather than trusting the number on the page
Claims about entitlement are kept specific to the topic. No documents or immigration status needed is stated for GP registration, where it is true, and is never presented as a blanket rule across housing or dental charges, where it is not
What Hamyar is not
Hamyar is not an official NHS or government website. We explain the system, we do not provide healthcare.
Hamyar does not replace a doctor. If you are worried about your health, contact your GP surgery or call 111. In an emergency, call 999.
