Have you just arrived?
If you're new to the UK, these are some of the most important things you need to do first.

You have the right to request a free interpreter.
At the doctor's office, hospital, and many other services, you can ask for a Persian interpreter, and it's free. Don't be shy. Just say:
"I need a Farsi interpreter, please"
