Where should I go? 999, 111, pharmacy or general practitioner
Many new arrivals go to A&E because it is the only route they know. This guide explains the four options and when to use each.
It covers 999 for life-threatening emergencies, 111 when you are unsure, the pharmacy for minor illness, and the GP for everything else. It includes the FAST stroke signs, and it makes clear that all four routes are free.
The full guidance is written in Persian for the people using it. Switch to فارسی to read it.
